However as adults we tend to see challenge as fear and stress, which can cloak itself as change. By expanding your comfort zone, and being comfortable being vulnerable, you can develop your self confidence and sense of personal space.

A way to overcome connections and challenges is understanding it really isn’t a big deal. One of the great solutions that helped some of my former colleagues was the 60 second panic solution, which actually worked to my surprise. It was effective and led them down a path of more confidence and being at peace within themselves.

Being more at peace with yourself helps you achieve and unlock three more skills which are Composure, Character & Creativity. 

Composure is defined by your own inner balance, and how you are able to distance yourself from your own thoughts and emotions. It means your skill to respond rather than react to the situation. This can be described as your sense of spiritual connection, and others may define it as your own belief or faith which develops naturally. A mentally healthy person will feel an inner strength of his or her own spirit.

Character & Creativity uncover themselves by relating to thew ay you interpret your own experiences and respond to them. By taking in your own personal story and how you project yourself, your creativity can flow through by being comfortable with the outcome and detached from your own expectations. Learning mistakes from survival, success, and appreciation of one’s self. At the end of the day, we are all just regular people.
